All Indonesia: Latest Updates & How-To Guide

Dear Guests,

We would like to share the latest update on Indonesia’s new ‘All Indonesia’ Integrated Arrival System:

Until 31 August 2025:
‘All Indonesia’ is on trial at Jakarta, Bali and Surabaya international airports.
Trial means: the old system is still working and submittable.

Starting 1 September 2025:
The trial will expand to all international airports, harbours, and border points. On the same date, the system will become mandatory at Jakarta, Bali, and Surabaya airports.

By 1 October 2025:
‘All Indonesia’ is planned to be mandatory nationwide across all airports, harbours, and border crossings.
Mandatory means: the old system is not submittable anymore.

‘All Indonesia’ is available on:

For official instructions provided by the Indonesian government, please refer to the following resources:

  • Video Tutorial
  • FAQs

Please note that ‘All Indonesia’ does not replace or provide a visa to enter Indonesia, it only generates your Arrival Card. Visa applications must still be processed separately.
We will keep you informed of any changes to the procedures mentioned above.

Additional Information:

  • All Indonesia was launched to support the digital transformation of public services, especially to make the arrival and departure declaration process for international passengers faster, safer, and more efficient.
  • The All Indonesia app is free to download, and filling out the declaration is completely free of charge.
  • The All Indonesia Declaration can be completed from three days before arrival (D-3) up until the day of arrival in Indonesia. To ensure smooth processing before airport inspection, it is recommended to complete the form before boarding your flight.
  • Passengers who do not complete the form before boarding or upon arrival, and only submit it afterward, may experience delays during CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) inspection due to processing time.
  • Please ensure you provide your passport details, flight information, purpose of visit, address in Indonesia, and information on any goods carried (such as animals, fish, plants, or related products).
  • For travelers in transit or on connecting flights, the declaration should be filled out at the final destination in Indonesia, not at the transit airport.
  • By completing the declaration digitally via All Indonesia, travelers no longer need to fill out physical forms at the airport.
  • If you encounter any problems, you can: Ask for assistance from airport staff. Contact an immigration officer directly at the Immigration Checkpoint.

Group Declarations:

  • For group declarations, one form can be completed by the group leader, which will generate a single QR code. However, each traveler must still enter their individual passport details within the same form, and passport scanning must be done using each person’s own passport, not only the lead traveler’s.
  • Only the lead traveler’s QR code needs to be presented to officers during inspection.
  • If submitting a group declaration (more than one person), it is strongly recommended that the group remains together until the CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) inspection process is completed.

Yours,
The Saronde Team
