Please be aware that, as of Sept 1st, 2023, there is a new electronic customs declaration procedure in effect for all international airports in Indonesia. Please use this QR code/link that your clients must complete at least 48 hours before their arrival at Jakarta, Denpasar, or Manado (international airports in Indonesia). This is a mandatory requirement there are no paper forms available, and your clients are required to either scan the barcode or click the link to access the form, which will appear promptly. If they do not have a mobile phone there are computers available in the customs area. (Manado has 3)
